Hey! Welcome to my 2nd Vlog! For this vlog, I have decided to interview my sister who is a second-grade teacher and has been teaching for 6 years now! Although she is not currently an ESL teacher, I still decided to go ahead and ask her questions about which methods she would use in her classroom if she were to have ESL students in the future. Each method has its unique strengths and can be effective in different contexts depending on the students' needs, ages, and learning goals. There are several approaches and methods that a teacher can use in the classroom to help students learn English and some of the methods Mallorie would use is that she would provide visual support for students and pre-teach vocabulary.
